How do I register?
The easiest way to register is by purchasing tickets on the worldbakerssummit.com website.
How do I pay?
Accepted payment methods are Netopya Payments and Bank Transfer based on invoice, at the BNR Euro/Leu exchange rate on the day of payment.
Access to World Bakers Summit is granted only upon payment confirmation. After making the payment, please send us a copy of the payment order to simona.ardeleanu@trade.media, ensuring that the invoice number is included on the payment order. This will help us track your payment more easily.

What services are included in the participation fee?
The participation fee covers a full package of services:
- attendance at the conference sessions
- lunch, coffee breaks
- access to speakers’ presentations after the event
How can I cancel my reservation?
If you wish to cancel your participation, please inform us in writing, no later than August 15, 2026. In this case, the participation fee will be refunded. For cancellations after August 15, 2026, the participation fee is non-refundable.
What should I do when I arrive at the event?
When you arrive at the event, please check in and pick up your name badge. Please wear the badge throughout the conference; this allows entry to the conference hall, social events, and the exhibition area.
For any additional information, the organizers are at your disposal.
Business attire is required throughout the event.
How can I share my feedback about World Bakers Summit?
In the event platform you will find the evaluation form. To complete it, you need to register in the platform with the email address and the code used to print your participant badge. The same evaluation form will also be available in print format in the event folder.
