We, at World Bakers and European Baker & Biscuit, witnessed in the past years how more bakery manufacturers expanded their distribution in the region, how major investors modernized factories and enhanced both products and work conditions, how retailers and hospitality reached out and built an ecosystem that values local products and artisans. All these lead to a stronger supply chain in the region.

We also realized we are in a privileged position that allows us to contribute to this thriving community by giving the baking industry professionals a place to advance their business and knowledge. That is how the World Bakers Summit came to life.

The World Bakers Summit is the convergence point for leaders and professionals in the baking industry. We reunite manufacturers, solution providers, retailers, hospitality chains, and experts to discuss current trends, common challenges, and the future of the baking and pastry industry.

The first edition will empower the Central and Eastern Europe key players, then we will take our best practice beyond the region and support the baking, retail and hospitality industries in new regions.
